A board-certified pediatric dentist with over ten years of experience, Dr. Sidhu trained at the UCLA School of Dentistry and completed her pediatric residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, where she served as Chief Resident in the Department of Dentistry. Born and raised in India, she built Say Cheez in Bergen County around the kids other offices call "difficult" — narrating every step so nothing is ever a surprise, with a minimally-invasive philosophy that keeps care as gentle as it can safely be. She writes a pediatric dental column for Stroll Magazine and is the volunteer dentist for Oasis, a Paterson nonprofit for women and children — helping care for over 140 children a year — while the practice sponsors free comprehensive dental treatment for one child every month; she also runs community infant-feeding classes with IBCLCs and fourth-trimester talks for new parents. Outside the office she's an avid runner training for her first full marathon.
In 2026, Dr. Sidhu was named one of America's Top Young Dentists in Incisal Edge's 40 Under 40.
