Pediatricians and family physicians: establish a dental home for your patient — the AAP and AAPD both recommend a first visit by age one — or refer for visible decay, dental pain, trauma, special healthcare needs, a sedation question, or a feeding/oral concern. Every family is welcome here; we never turn one away.
